Can I do Keto for You if I have an autoimmune disease?

This course was designed to support you wherever you are at. Both in the phase 1 reset and into phase 2 you will receive support as an athlete / highly active individual, with plenty of content created with the option to adjust for your body’s needs.

Once I eat keto, do I have to eat keto forever?

Absolutely not.
