  • 10 detailed modules + 5 DIY lessons 

    We meet once per week for group coaching calls where we will dig into that week's training.  We go through each topic weekly, so you can learn and implement without overwhelm. You’ll learn everything you need to know about real food nutrition, how to understand your body, digestion and gut health, blood sugar support, .hormone health and more, so you can learn how to support it whether you are at home or on the go. You'll also receive 5 additional DIY lessons focused on mindset, mindfulness and habit formation.

I am Beth Manos Brickey

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Restorative Wellness Practitioner, mindfulness teacher, and yoga instructor 

I've been passionately coaching and teaching in some capacity for most of my life. Since 2010, on my website Tasty Yummies and in more recent years also on the Between Meals Podcast, I have been sharing my recipes, kitchen how-tos, health and healing advice plus my tried and true approaches to mindful and intentional living.

 

My personal healing journey has included navigating an autoimmune disease, supporting a stronger and more resilient immune system, rebalancing my hormones, finding amazing, unending strength, energy and more mental clarity then ever before – but, most importantly I finally broke free of a lifetime of diet obsession, my insecurities with food and my struggles with body image and self worth. I have been sharing my unique approach with my 1:1 clients ever since and I am so excited to now be sharing all of this with all of YOU!
